hdb88 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority

hdb88 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a burden. Our responsible gaming tools and policies are here to help keep you safe and happy.

Our Protection Tools

Set Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, you cannot deposit beyond that amount. This keeps your budget under control and protects you from financial stress. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period.

Set Loss Limits

Set a daily or weekly loss limit so you cannot lose more than a set amount. Once the limit is reached, hdb88 will automatically stop you from placing bets. This is one of the most effective ways to play responsibly.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the time is up, you will be automatically logged out. This keeps you from spending too much time and helps maintain balance in your daily life.

Time-Out Feature

If you need a temporary break, choose a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period your account will be completely inactive. You cannot play or place bets until the break period ends. Give yourself time to refresh.

Self-Exclusion

For a longer break, choose self-exclusion — from 3 months to permanently. During this time your account will be fully closed and no promotional communications will be sent. Contact live chat directly to activate self-exclusion.

24/7 Bengali Support

Our support team is available around the clock in Bengali. Message us on live chat to report any gambling-related concerns, request limit changes, or activate self-exclusion. Your issue will be handled with complete confidentiality.

21+ Age Requirement Is Mandatory

hdb88 is open only to individuals aged 21 and above. Age is verified at the time of account creation, and additional identity confirmation may be requested if needed. Minors are strictly prohibited from participating in gambling.

Age verification is completed at the time of registration.
A national ID card or passport may be requested in cases of doubt.
No account may be operated on behalf of a minor.
If there are minors in your household, please keep your account password private.
